PB blaster or Penetrating WD-40 (silver and yellow bottle)
Then work it with a regular socket wrench combo, dont use power tools, and you will be able to get the acorn nut out, when you install your new grille, find some stainless steel nuts from McFadden if there is one around you or order online.
