Good idea, I didn't even think to look at that. I just watched it and couldn't find those specific bolts but I did noticed the power steering bracket that bolts onto the RH cylinder head has 14mm head bolts that could very well be it. I did remove that bracket when I disassembled the heads.
I took a picture shortly after I bolted the heads on and noticed I had one of those bolts partially threaded into that bracket. I don't know why I would have threaded that bolt in there since I already had the power steering bolts/nut labeled in a separate baggie which are longer than 40mm.
