Can someone please take a closeup pic or two of this swingout attachment point? Is it made of Alum or steel and how thick is it?

It's steel and pretty beefy, I'll take a photo this evening.

Thanks Rob, I agree, it's an elegant bumper. They really put thoughts into the lines of their bumpers.

Seems to be about 1/8” steel, maybe slightly thicker.

Victory 4th Gen Rear Bumper

Would anyone recommend the Victory 4th Gen bumper? It does look neat. Anyone got their swing arms kit? How do they hold on the trails?

I haven't seen anyone else post that they have theirs yet (aside from the R&D truck). I may be the first one to shell out retail price for a full kit. Lead time was about double what was quoted at 11.5 weeks. I picked mine up a couple days ago, and am in the process of installing it now.

So far it's great, it seems to fit perfect, no bolt holes were misaligned. Their install video is a bit lacking, there were some additional steps needed that weren't talked about. I also had some fitment issues with my pod lights that slowed me down. I'd like to see some written instructions, but those don't seem to be available yet.

Their swingout / spindles / mounting systems seems super solid. I don't see any issue with it holding up to abuse. I should be installing those tonight.

Wow, they bent 1/8" steel? How elegant is that? May I see the other side of this item?

Looks like they have an adjustment screw so that the latch is really tight. This on top of what looks like two small round shape rubber bumpers. Again, a very elegant approach to a rattle free swing out. Kudos go to them.

I have this rear bumper for my 5th gen since 2021, I like it however here are my observations on some negatives:

- Rust and freezing issues with the quick release pin on the arms every winter, I have to disassemble, clean/treat every spring since the pin seizes.

-Latching mechanism is annoying to reach under the tire (more just my preference). Would be better if it was more towards the middle of the bumper.

-Latching lever piece(the one with the rubber handle) is made of a softer material hence its wearing out where it contacts the bumper piece with use and will need to be replace some time soon.

- In case you have to get your spare, disconnecting the camera relocation kit is annoying (should just be an easy 6pin waterproof connector)

- More of a gripe with the backup cam relocation kit than the bumper, the LED that comes is def not waterproof (Already replaced it twice).
