Plugs and wires
Vaccum line inspection
Seafoam treatment (oil, intake, fuel tank)
Throttle body clean
Maf clean
Fuel system treatment
Air filter box clean and probably amsoil filter
Also I have a tick so I'll probably be dropping 1500 into the exhaust setup with shorty headers, high flow cats, and stainless Walker exhaust. Just don't want to do that in the winter time since it is kind of tight in the engine bay to get the manifolds off.
Anything else?

I've been told numerous times at the dealer, in clubs, and at my current shop, that they're designed to last the life of the motor and only replace them if you have a problem.
Replacing them makes them a maintenance item, once they're parts store special wires that degrade with time/heat/use.

4Th gen T4Rs neither V6 or V8 have spark plugs wires, each cylinder has it's own coil, so no need for spark plug wires.
