I am currently running 5100s with OME 887 coils with a 150lbs plate bumper up front. I wish I went for the 888 coils.

The 886 coils gave my v8 WITH the steel bumper an additional 7 inches of lift on the passenger side and were binding the CVs. I do not recommend the 886 coils even though those are the drop down options for our rigs.
Stock bumpers on all around.. 7inch lift!? Damn! Gotta see this.. send pics! I was thinking 895/885 springs ..

For anyone doing the 5100's I couldn't recommend getting a set of 5th gen coils anymore! I picked up a set of 2017 4runner Trail Edition coils from a fellow member and had them installed using the 1.75" setting on the front 5100 coils. This ended up giving my 2003 4Runner about an 1/2" lift all around and sits dead level. Keeping in mind the lift may have well come from my old 100k suspension sagging. The ride is fantastic (as everyone else contests too).

keep in mind springs that will lift your vehicle arent designed to be used wit 5100s notched up from the lowest setting.

Correction!

Yes "I couldn't recommend the stock 2017 4Runner Trail Edition Coils matched to the 5100 shocks any more!"

ride is fantastic!

I just installed 5100's and OME 886's up front and OME 889's on the rear two months ago. I left the 5100's on the bottom setting because Wheeler's Offroad said it is recommended for my set up. I also added a 1/2" top spacer on the front so I have no more rake and my 4Runner is sitting level and at the height I wanted. I also upgraded and installed new JBA upper control arms.
I am very happy with the ride even though it is stiffer than stock but as others will tell you it reduces the body role and nose dive when braking.

I am really impressed with the JBA UCA's overall build quality. They are solid well made uca's that I'm very happy with. They also provided excellent prompt support when I had questions during my install. I highly recommend them
