Trd pro like grill
God bless, $500 for that? There’s a few threads showing people retrofitting a Chinese knockoff TRD pro grille from a 3rd gen taco into your factory grill surround. Takes some work but probably less than half the price. I’ll see if I can find a recent thread.

I saw that thread before and have been thinking of trying it myself as well. Found this on Ebay right now, so could probably be done for under $150 altogether, and a lot of patience LOL.

Definitely will, but it takes a backseat to getting my Tacoma TRD suspension installed first...tired of looking at it sitting in the corner of my apartment LOL.

The grill is rad I can attest because I have one...but I'm probably the reason they're are being made for ridiculous price. A guy on Instagram contacted me a few times asking me to make him a grill but I'm too busy with work, school and a baby on the way. So he contacted SRQ and they now make em for a ridiculous price. They can aboslutely be done for less than $150 though. I purchased the grill on ebay a dremel and found some patience.
I've been meaning to make a thread on here about the grill and after seeing the price tag out there there this may be the right time. I'd rather see members spend their money on worth while upgrades than be taken advantage of.

Post more pictures! I’d definitely like to see what it looks like from different angles. I’m thinking of taking out the satoshi and going another route.

DB Customz GRILLE!
Those are pretty cool but I went with DB Customs Grille. You can cut the insides out and simply bolt in. They also make them light up. It took a couple hours. pretty simple.

Definitely interested in doing this. Always loved the newer Tacoma grille. I read somewhere that it's harder to do this on the 03-05 4runners .....can't remember the reason.
