No, but just about any lift from Rough Country belongs in the dumpster.
That said, the lift linked is a simple spacer lift, so it'd be hard to mess that up.
Would I use it on my truck? Nope.
Would I recommend anyone use it? Nope.
Is it safe? Probably fine.
If your truck is stock, sees mostly pavement, doesn't get loaded with cargo or tows, it'd probably be okay.
Depending on the mileage of your truck, it'd likely handle better and safer with a lift that includes new springs and shocks/struts instead of just doing a spacer lift.
