UPDATED With Pic: Adjust Headlight Aim
After replacing both low beam bulbs, the driver side is a tad higher and dispersed/wider as compared to the passenger side. It looks like the passenger side is somehow pointed lower, which is surprising because it was much easier and quicker to install. Both beams were fine before the driver side bulb failed.
My thought is to remove/reinstall both and hope for the best when I shine them on the garage door after dark. Any words of wisdom on the cause and fix, before I start messing with them and totally screw them up...?
Any insight appreciated...thanks.

I might be inclined to remove and reinstall the offending bulb first and see if that helps. If it's that far off after replacing the bulb, it may not be seated properly and then you've gone and messed up the adjustments for real.
Also its possible that maybe you bumped the adjuster somehow while replacing the bulb?

That is possible. However, since the passenger side was easy to replace one-handed, and without much manipulating, seems less probable that is what happened. OTOH, the driver side was more complicated, smaller space, needed two hands, and of course there was road and engine grit everywhere, so I wore vinyl gloves.
What I think I might do is post a pic tonight of the pattern on the garage door. Someone here could weigh in on which one is mis-aligned.
Thanks for the reply.

Switch the right with the left and see what happens. Possible defect in the bulb.Did you twist it in all the way. There's definitely some thing wrong with that pattern.

Pulled it out, took more time to see how the socket fits, replaced it, clicked into place, might even do the same in the other side tomorrow.
It is amazing how dark it is under the hood in broad daylight. This time I used a flashlight.

are you using aftermarket headlight housings? youll be lucky enough it comes out good after final adjustment, i personally set them level to each other.

No, the housings are stock. I'll tamper with the driver side today to see if the aim rises at all. If it doesn't, and still bothers me, not sure what I'll do, since if I mess with it more, could catch a worse case of, 'screw it up-itis'.
Thanks...

no change after messing around with them, not sure it is worth changing the aim on either of them, and if i were, not sure which one...

height adjustment is the middle bolt lower area, could be stripped inside the pivot point, the horizontal adjustment is on the top sides.
