OEM tundra/sequoia skid

Anyone know if the cosmetic skid/brush guard from the late 4th gens is the same that is used on the tundra sequoia?

4runner PN pt21289070 / -060 shows as discontinued.
However, the Tundra/Sequoia has PN pt212-34060 / -30/ -40 still available.
It appears to be the same by looking at images but the dealer tried telling me it would be too big?
I can't imagine that being the case since it is not a true skid and has two different slotted holes for mounting which should make it interchangeable between the various models.

It’s probably a little wider on the sequoia and tundra, but it’s thin so probably wouldn’t be difficult to drill holes or figure out a system to get it in place with a nut and washer

IIRC the skid is the same between all vehicles. Its the brackets that are different. The 4runner bolt from the side of the frame, the tundras bolt from the bottom.

I picked one up and they are indeed the same.
Just thought it strange that the dealership couldn't cross reference that as a universal part since I told them I had the correct brackets. I guess because it is only sold as a kit.

whatd you scoop it up for? money wise. easy fitment? could be a nice options for wheeling in chunky icy 'puddles' for me to protect radiator

I think I paid like 130. I had to get a new front bumper cover so I went through a local dealer to avoid shipping costs. Otherwise I saw them online for around 100 even. Fitment is perfect since my 08 urban runner came with one initially. Only problem is they are "discontinued" for the 4runner so it will be hard to find the correct mounting brackets if you don't have them already.
I found some other posts where guys had fabricated some simple brackets to make them work on 3rd gens and Tacomas so it wouldn't be too difficult.
