Need help: sunroof re-install

Looking for some help with the sunroof re-install. I had an issue where it got stuck open (right side would start to close, left side was stuck). I took the assembly out, freed it (think I found it had gone past the bent tab "stop" at the rear of the track), cleaned the track & am ready to put it together.
I found 2 small rubber pieces, marked "L" & "R" but don't know where they go. Where the L & R are marked is rectangular measuring about 3/8" by 1/2". The inverse is an odd shape. I couldn't find these pieces listed in the diagram of the sunroof in the manual. These don't appear to be the sliding shade stops shown in the diagram; they are still in place in the rear drain trays.
Ay thoughts?
Help is appreciated as I'd like to re-assemble & install before I forget how to do it!

You were on the right track but looking at the wrong end. Those are the rubber stops on the front of the sunshade tracks/rails.

On the right track? Pun intended?
Thank you Weaves for the help, you are correct. Don't remember taking them out, must have fallen out & I was lucky enough to even find them.
So they go on the inside edge of the track, between the track and the front tray that has the front drains & that the motor is attached to. There's an angled notch in that front tray they fit into & the odd shaped back side fits in grooves in the track. Not sure what the purpose is: a stop? a seal?
Case closed!

Just want to update this with an image showing exactly where the piece goes in case someone else runs into this issue.
It's the small angled rubber piece right at the und of the pen. The rest is already seated in the track. The imprinted "L" is facing to the left (front of vehicle); mating against the plastic
