Troubleshooting Help - Rear wiper/defroster

2008 Sport V8, only driven during bad winter storms. Went to drive it last weekend and battery was dead. Jumped it with a jumper box twice and then replaced the battery. This week, when I drove the 4runner I noticed my rear defroster button does nothing (the button just next to it that cycles the AC between inner air and outer air works fine), the rear windshield wiper will not turn on, and the rear window washer fluid sprayer will not spray.

I'm 99% sure this was all working fine before the battery swap. I actually remember the rear wiper blade moving one cycle when I jumped it with a jumper box.

I'm not a mechanic, but I enjoy trying to troubleshoot and learn myself. Any idea where I should start? Thank you!

The automatic functions of the windows and sunroof, if you have one, must be reset.
Lower your rear window and hold the button down for a couple of seconds after it is all the way down, then release button. Roll rear window back up and hold button for a couple of seconds.
Repeat process for drivers window and sunroof.
I believe there is a sticker with instructions in the engine compartment.

A lot of times rear window functions will not work because the rear window is not tightly up, if it is down even an 1/8th of an inch those functions you mentioned will not work. On mine I simply had to press the "up" button and make sure the rear window is tightly up.
