Trailer Brake Controller Not Getting Power

Hi y’all. I have a 2003 limited. I’ve hooked up my trailer brake controller and it’s not getting power. I tested the wires and the black one, which is supposed to provide continuous power, is not. The green and green/yellow wires, which provide power when the headlights are on and when the brake is pressed, are working. I tested the 30A fuse under the hood and it’s good too, not blown and power is flowing. Any suggestions where I look for issues next?

Thanks!

I figured out that the power wire was broken or shorted somewhere between the fuse box and the harness. So I ended up running a new wire for power from the battery, with a 30A in-line fuse, and plugging it into the existing harness. Problem solved, I guess!
