X-REAS - what is the oil/fluid exactly?

I am removing the XREAS from my ‘04. Don’t care about losing fluid, it’s shot. Replacing with Bilsteins.

My question is: what exactly is the fluid? Is it brake fluid? I’m asking because a bit squirted on my frame and a rubber line and I just want to know if I should be concerned about it eating through anything.

Wiped it off as best I could with rubbing alcohol but I’m out of brakecleen.
