Yeah Ive heard that before. I like the way it looks and maybe add a light bar down the road. Honestly it wouldn't be installed right away but I figured for $50 could be a nice add on.
I get the bent frame thing but I just go back to years ago my dad had a s10 blazer with one on it, guy stopped short doing 40 and my dad rear ended him.
The brush guard had some scratches and was pushed in a bit, the other car needed read bumper and tailgate replaced.
I look at it this way if i mange to get into an accident that would cause enough damage to bend the frame with the guard installed I could only imagine what it would do without it and worse what could happen to myself or my kids. Maybe thats the wrong way to think about it.
What i need to figure out is how it mounts since my rad support is rusted out and needs to be fixed. I'm gonna think about it overnight and maybe meet him in the morning. I do need to stop spending money on this truck though! haha
