5th gen rear springs for towing (already have 5100s)

Hi all

Sorry for another thread about suspension. I searched and found a few threads on 5th gen suspension.

Heres my situation. Ive got an 08 V6 4WD at 130k. Last year, my suspension was feeling worn out and I wanted a mild upgrade for some mild rock crawling/ off roading so I went to Bilstein 5100s at all 4 corners. The front is set at 1.75 and I was pretty even.

Ive had to do some long range towing a few times and the back was really bouncing. Ive also noticed that my back has started to sag without any weight in the back end.

I generally dont carry any weight, but wanted a slightly stiffer spring than stock for rare towing and to give back/ slight increased height in the back

Does anyone have any thoughts on using stock rear 5th gen springs? They are like 1 coil extra and due to the extra weight of the 5th gen have a little bit extra spring coil rate than the 4th gen. BUTTTT . . . It seems from some of the other threads, that people notice that the ride is a little "bouncier" than they would expect. Another benefit is that they are cheap and readily available.

Any additional thoughts on just using the rear springs, vs using the front as well and dropping my bilsteins a notch to 0.85?
