How many inches of jack stand lift do I need to install lift spacer/bushings?

While planning to DIY my Daystar 2.5” kit, I’m buying jack stands and a floor jack. I have 31” all terrain tires now. Will 16-3/4” jack stands be sufficient to fully suspend and allow me to install the kit, both front and rear?

Should be good. That's what I have and I just installed 1" Daystars with 17" stands. If you do need more height, put a section of 2x10 under each stand.

Awesome, thank you! Did you do the fronts and rears?

If you are buying them, you might want to go to the 6 ton 24" version. I had 16" 3 ton for my lift but using 2x6"s to add height felt a little sketchy. it worked, just if you are buying, you might want to spend a little more for ones that actually aren't fully extended and/or need wood blocks. I still use wood blocks on my jack but I'm not under the vehicle while jacking so it feel less sketchy.
