Dual battery set up

Anyone here done a dual battery set up in their 4th gen? Should I consider it or get something like a jackery for my power consumption needs? I plan on adding a fridge/freezer and will have several other devices I need power for. Thanks for any info.

Lots of people with dual batteries. Use the search function and you'll find plenty of threads about the topic.

Blue Sea 7622 ACR is what I use on my landcruiser for years. It's simple and effective.

Don't waste your money on Blue Sea Circuit Breakers, they are rebranded Eaton Circuit Breakers and are affordable off waytekwire's website.

The 7622 ACR allows you to manually separate or combine the batteries. The normal function automatically charges the main battery first then opens the charging to the secondary battery.

Use two normal batteries for high CCA winching or use a deep cycle marine battery as the second one for fridges, lights etc.
