removing oil cooler from engine block during power steering rack replacement

I'm replacing a lot of parts: TB, water pump, bearings tensioner, seals, power steering rack, hoses from PS pump (high-pressure side) and the low-pressure side. I almost got everything removed but to slide the power steering rack out I need to loosen up the oil cooler. Where are the bolts that holding oil cooler?

Remove the oil filter, screw the fitting out.

You saved my day, I gave up trying to figure out how to take oil cooler with the filter in place! I watched the video on youtube by EricTheCarGuy how to remove the rack but it skips through the oil cooler part and his assembly moves away with the filter on. That's what confused me. Thanks, I'm finally removing parts again and will start to put it all back together with new stuff this week.
