You found the issue!!!
I had been meaning to bump this post with what I found out was the cause.
I had hit a newly constructed stuffed curb last winter with the rear wheel and that apparently damaged the parking break hardware and that caused the squeaking as well as VSC and parking lights coming on at certain speeds while headlights were on.
Toyota replaced the rotors and parking brake hardware and that solved the issue! Not cheap unfortunately.
