Passenger and Driver side windows 2004 4R

I have the common problem where the windows catch. It's gotten so bad that I am going to get estimates to have them properly repaired. I have made the hinge side door catch repairs once and that lasted for a couple of years but the internals are wearing out now.

The question is what sort of shop is the best place to go to for this sort of thing? I know it's a big PITA job. I am prepared to hear some hefty estimates. I want to choose the best people for the job.

With almost 209,000 miles the 4Runner still looks and runs great. I'd like to get everything functioning properly.

It's gotten so bad with the passenger side the window only rolls part way down. And if the window is down the door won't open more than a couple of inches. I am afraid the glass will get broken if it's not repaired soon. On the driver's side the glass is getting scratched from internals.

Thanks,
