Power steer pressure hose leak

Is this common? 2003 v8 271,000. I’ve noticed some pinkish fluid bubbles on the frame underneath straight behind the radiator. All fluid levels look good. Traced it to the 12” section of fabric type hose with metal ends. When I move the hose I can see a “weep” at the connection point. I’m assuming this is where the fluid is coming from. Looks like a fairly cheap part? Anyone replaced it? Bout lost my mind that it was tranny fluid LOL.

Upon further review it seems to be a transmission cooler line rusted out. Looks like it saturated the Lower power steer hose. Sprayed degreaser all over and checked it the following day. Puddling under the bracket holding the cooler lines. Was able to pick the line by finger and caused a massive leak. Order new lines from rock auto. Got very lucking while in the UP and doing some light off roading. Could have been very bad.

Yes - lucky indeed- you do not want that transmission to overheat!
