Buddy found this today and I don’t have time to mess with it anyone know? It’s coming from that little tube front and center picture

Definitely the AC drain, perfectly normal...unless the AC isn't running or hasn't been!!

yep, A/C condensation drain, mine ( '03 V* LTD) drained right on top of frame rail in engine compartment, ran down the frame to where it stopped and dripped on floor, resulting in major rust out on bottom of frame rail under pass side door. I Put a 90 degree elbow on it and a hose and clamp and now drains at rear of wheel well. See my pictures. $ 1000 to repair frame rust.
