Parking brake cable replacement

Anyone every had to replace their rear parking brake cable? I damaged my left side cable offroading and am looking to replace it. I've removed all the bolts I can see but it seems like there might be one more above the gas tank as the cable doesn't want to budge. Anyone know if I have to drop the tank to remove the driver side cable?

I replaced mine without dropping the tank. It's been awhile though, all I remember is working at the drum side and having to pull the center console. The pic in the link below does show a couple bolts along the cable. I may have used the new cable to find the attachment points.

There is a bolt/attachment bracket just ahead of the gas tank. I'll say about level with top of tank. It was a tight space but a box wrench can fit in there. If bolt looked rusty, soak with lots of Liquid Wrench etc. You do not want to round the bolt's head or you'll have to drop the tank. I was able to loosen bolt & bracket without dropping the tank. Good luck.
