Which OME springs with Blistein 5100?

I know there are tons of info out there, but can someone simplify the type of OME springs (rear & front ) for my 2005 V6 4X4 with the Blistein 5100. I use the 4Runner primary as a commuter car, and wanna be a moderate weekend warrior in So. Cal. Tires are Wildpeaks 265/70r16 (17" may be later) and a future rock slider will be added. I want to keep the ride smooth & level with a 1-2" lift. Been looking for used FJ springs locally with no luck. Hoping the experts here can help me out. Also, what setting for the front shocks? Thanks.

i have noticed, that questions like that (when you are looking for a large pool of people with a particular set up) work the best if you ask them on Facebook, in groups dedicated to 4th gen 4runners.
