Stock wheel & suspension with wheel spacer: 275/60R18 or 265/65R18 tire?

I recently bought a 2008 UrbanRunner with the same 18x7.5" wheels as the Limited. I want to keep those wheels and will not be adding a lift.
I have ordered wheel spacers - 1.25" front, 1.5" rear.
I do not offroad. Most of my driving is on dry road, with some rain, snow, and ice in Denver and the surrounding mountains.

The vehicle came with 265/60R18 tires, and I would like to get something just a bit bigger. This is just for looks, I am not planning to go offroad.

Should I go with a 275/60R18 or a 265/65R18?

Am I correct that the 275/60 will be a bit taller and wider (maybe an inch each way?) while the 265/65 will be an ~1 inch taller but the same width?
Is one or the other more likely to rub in the front tire, given that I have wheel spacers?
Is the 265/65 going to look oddly tall and skinny?
Will every tire in those two sizes fit my stock wheel, or do I need to check that before buying?

Thanks for all responses and opinions!

Can't answer all your questions but here's a few pictures of my 08 Limited with 265/65/18s. Stock height, no spacers. No rubbing either.

Good looking truck. Hard to really tell how the tires fit in those two pictures. (Maybe there are more but I did not see them?) In the instagram picture, does it already have the bigger tires?
Thanks!

Go here to compare sizes https://tiresize.com/comparison/

the 265/65 is 1 inch taller than stock and same width.
the 275/60 is .5 inch taller and .5 inch wider. so its going to look more stock than the one above.

I would go 265/65, its exact same as the 265/70/17, which is the most popular upsize out there for these rides. Probably have a better choice in tires with the 265/65 but i don't know that

Running spacers you will have to trim the front lower part of bumper and possible the mud flap, it won't be much trimming at all, so don't be scared about it.

Great advice! Thanks!

That tool really makes the comparison easy.
I was assuming there would be some rubbing with the bigger tire + spacers. Sounds like no metal will need to be trimmed, though, so I am not afraid!

Now I've got to figure out how to get rid of my almost-brand-new 265/60/R18s so I can get some 265/65/R18s! Anybody interested in a trade for my Michelin Defenders?
