I did LCA bushings and made this tutorial here:
Whiteline Lower Control Arm Bushing Tutorial (120+ Pictures). After 210k miles (338k km), they weren't really bad, but I figured they needed a refresh. Cams were also seized, so this solved that. Pretty labor intensive, but overall not to difficult. I've only driven like 16 miles on them stuck at home, so can't comment on the ride quite yet. Going on a 240 miles trip this weekend, so I'll have a better idea after then/
I haven't replaced any sway bar hardware, but I think the bushings and links are pretty inexpensive. I've heard if the links failt, they can fall and damage the CV boots, so might as well replace while down there.
