DTMoto headlights delaminating

So I've got a set of DPMoto black housing headlights on my '06 and they seem to be peeling, or delaminating, as the company says. They apparently only have a 60 day warranty, so no help there. Anyone have any experience with this? I feel like I can polish or compound this off and then spray a clear sealant over them, and hopefully without taking them off the vehicle. I tried searching but only was finding threads for headlight restoration and not this specifically. Thanks for any help!
