I would only drive slowly a short distance to a shop to get it fixed. Any more than that, like a commute, not a good idea.

The shock/spring is what is holding up the vehicle and if it pops out of that pocket when driving, the vehicle will compress a lot on that side and maybe bend some more parts.

If the shop that's going to fix it is around the corner, maybe.

With that shock eye broken off, there's nothing controlling that wheel. The end of the shock wedged in there is holding up the weight of the truck, yes. However, under cycling load, it could pop out and really f*ck some sh*t up.

If you're concerned about your safety and others around you, it would be wise to tow it to a shop and have it fixed.

It is definitely not safe to drive.

I would go with the second option, OEM spec should work fine for the street, you don't need the more expensive setup if it's for street use.

Having been to Costa Rica myself, I would say to get that Dobinsons or OME stuff and lift it up a little because there's some fun stuff to do off-road!

When it comes to a lift kit like that it will come with everything you "need" depending on where you get it. Being front shocks/coil-overs and rear shocks with springs. It's recommended to get aftermarket upper control arms as well if you go with a lot of lift, so you can correct the alignment properly. Check your UCA/LCA bushings as well as ball joints while you're there so you may save some time later. No matter what you will at minimum need an alignment after.

Thanks a lot again!
Ahh i see, the upper control arms is what my mechanic told me i should get if i go with old man emu Suspesnsion.

Please help me get a decision what should i get:
1.old man emu nitrocharger sport kit 1650$ 3years gerente
2.dobinsons twintube nitrogas kit 1300$ 2years gerente

There is a big difference between those two that make old man emu worth more 350$?
