I have a bit of an electrical issue I'm needing some help with.

I recently came out to find my battery dead in my '06 4Runner. I hadn't driven the car in weeks.

My neighbor attempted to help me jump the car and when he did I'm pretty sure he put the cables on in the incorrect order. The black cable on the 4Runner caught on fire. (Seriously)

After getting a new battery and installing it, there are now some interesting electrical issues I'm trying to nail down. First, it started but my gas pedal didn't work at all. Second, there was a constant beep tone and all my dash lights were on. Lastly, a 40a fuse keeps blowing each time I install a new one.

I've made some progress after doing some research. I'm receiving P2101 and P2118 fault codes. In the attached picture, the red boxed plugin has been disconnected and the 40a fuse has stopped blowing. Also, after disconnecting the blue boxed plug the beeping has stopped and the dash lights went away.

After plugging them back in the problem immediately returns. Help! Thanks in advance.
