6112/5160 with FJ coil?
My '09 Trail Edition suspension is well worn with 180k miles. My original plan was to do the Sonora Steel or Ironman Foam Cell Pro lift, but the more I think about it I'd almost rather keep the lift as minimum as possible and upgrade the suspension so it's stronger. I've tried researching but I'm having trouble finding info on the 6112/5160 combo with FJ springs, is anyone running this setup? It seems like most people run OME springs, the toytec superflex seems to be popular with the rear. Any other suggestions? I don't do a lot of aggressive off roading but I do love getting some speed on dirt roads and I do enjoy exploring unknown areas so strength and reliability are important but I also try not to "abuse" my truck too much, but when you're exploring you don't know what you might get into. I don't have any extra weight yet but I'd like sliders and skids and I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with a bumper insert winch mount. I had Bilstein 5100's on my 2nd gen tacoma and I was not impressed as they started leaking within 20-30k miles. Any help is appreciated
