Ditch lights recommendation

I am looking for info on ditch light mounts that allow for a flood and direct beam lights. Also what brand of light would you recommend? I've searched the forum but all the threads seem to be old. Looking for up to date installs. TIA

Were you looking for a mount that can hold 2 lights each?

I have the CBI mounts and I like the way they look and installing them was really easy. As far as light brands go I have some off brand lights that I bought at the off road expo a long time ago and they have worked great so really it’s just a matter of how cool you wanna look in my opinion lol

I have CBI Mount and have two 3" cubes ... one pair wide beam (outer) and other spot beam (Inner). They work well no complaints, the lights are Amazon knocks offs and I have had no leaking issues for a year (knock on wood)

Did you drill a second hole in the CBI bracket to get that to work?

We're a little bit bias. I would say the majority of our 4Runner customers use our Squadron series on the A-pillar. We have the Squadron Sport (3150 lumens) and the Squadron Pro (4900 lumens). If they're pointed straight, it would best be used as a spot light. That's because we're trying to reduce the hood glare that the light would produce. Hood glare can be extremely annoying or even blind the driver. But if you were using them as ditch lights pointed 45 degree away from the A-pillar, a driving/combo or wide cornering lens would be preferred. Let me know if you have any questions on our brand or any of our products. Thank you!

These are placeholders for when I can afford real good quality cubes (better lumen and light pattern), almost like a proof of concept ... lol. These Amazon cheap units have gone longer than a year and [knock on wood] no issues at all. I agree with the hood glare issue, the inner spots are off axis about 10 degrees while the outer wide beam are out about 30 degrees. Even the spots had a little hood glow when I had them face straight forward. I am happy with the setup, the front facing light bar makes up for the off angled ditch lights!

Here are the shots I promised and was way slow on getting around too!

I've got the CBI ditch light brackets, too. Been pleased with them so far, though they're so simple there's not much to rave or complain about.

For lights, I went with Black Oak LED floods. I use them as ditch/sideshot lights. They're crazy bright and IP69K rated, so nearly completely water and dust proof.
New - 2 Inch Flood or Spot Pod Light: Black Oak LED Pro Series 2.0 - 20w or 40w CREE XM-L2 - BLACK OAK LED

Also, check out CH4X4 for switches... perfect fit, look OEM.

Yes, there is about an inch of clearance between hood in upright position and Cube
