Sounds like you've found a great T4R, although it's has about 60,000 miles left before a regular timing belt replacement, i would recommend considering replacing the timing belt as soon as you can because of the age factor, as mentioned with the tires rubber deteriorates with age and at 14 years old I would say it's at the end of it's life, but I could be wrong, no way to know for sure, but if it breaks the engine is toast, you should be able to get it replaced for under $1000.

This is a good point too, get that belt changed!

So I just got the Toyota service report and the good news is the timing belt was just replaced in may. When should I replace it next? Every 70,000 miles? Also a big question I have is they didn’t replace the water pump. Should I do that right away? Or it’s not a huge thing to be concerned about?

The timing belt should be replaced very 90,000 miles, normally I would recommend replacing the water pump anytime you replace the timing belt because it's about the same amount of work involved to replace it as it is to replace the timing belt, but with only 28,000 miles on the vehicle I wouldn't worry about the water pump as it doesn't deteriorate with age, if you ever notice the coolant constantly being low then I would have the water pump checked for leaking.

Maybe someone here can help me out a bit. I was driving home and hit a deer in my 03 T4R it took out a chunk of the left of my front bumper to include to turn signal and fog light, headlights are fine and other fog light works fine too. But now none of my turn signals or hazard lights work. Can anyone give me a hint on what it might be?

Possibly have the turn signal wire on the collision side that is grounded out and blew a fuse.

I figured that problem out this morning it ended up blowing the fuse for the signals so that’s no issue now the issue is finding a cheap replacement bumper like I’m thinking of making a steel tube bumper now
