Check the alignment, specifically the caster. Does it have a lift? Even with small lifts, these things like to max out at about 1.5-2 degrees of caster, which is not enough for it to track nice and straight. You want 2.5-3.5 degrees for good tracking, and that's hard to get without aftermarket upper control arms if its been lifted at all.
