Ah. Gotcha. Yeah, that's gonna be a PITA.
If it were me, I'd order those stainless lines above, new OEM brake fluid, and take it to your local independent Toyota specialist to have them do the work. Go ahead and replace all the soft brakes lines with the Goodridge kit while they have it and fill it up with some new fluid too.
I'd even consider replacing the other section of the brake line that runs alongside the burst line while they had it all torn apart.
Use some Stainless hardline or some Nickel-Copper alloy brake lines that will resist rusting and corrosion in the future too.
