Toytec Body Lift

Hey y'all,

So, due to current circumstances, I'm doing a RST twin-stick swap on my V8. They say it requires a body lift, and I have a friend who did it and recommends the body lift. I was hoping to get some opinions on the Toytec 1in body lift, or other options y'all would choose(like 4crawler)

Curious...did your body lift affect your MPG at all? Are there any downsides to it besides a marginally higher center of gravity? Thinking maybe I should look into it for tire clearance.

Also for OP, congrats and good luck on going twin stick dude! Jealous of you, I would love to do that on mine someday!

Toytec 1” body lift

I also installed the Toytec 1” body lift. It was straightforward for me also. I haven’t driven enough since the July, 2020 install to know how it has affected my MPG. I also have a V8, a roof rack, larger tires and a suspension lift, so my MPGs were already terrible.

I didn't notice any negative effects. I already had 3" lift 33's and so on so my gas mileage was already bad. It did help me fit 17x9 -38 wheels with 285/70/17 tires
