Front End Rattle

I could use some ideas for chasing down a front end rattle I have. It only presents on rough roads, particularly washboard. I thought it was my broken front skid but I've since replaced it with a Victory4x4 skid. I've also replaced the front brake hardware with new pins and rattle springs. The sway bar bushings look ok but I have new ones on hand to install anyway. Any other ideas? I took a video last weekend and linked it below, at 30 seconds on you can really hear it.

After 3 years found mine. It’s the hood latch. Put some duct tape on the bracket. Gone.

I had a hard time hearing much from that video, but I had a rattle that came out on bumps and washboards, and it was my front upper control arms ball joints. I have aftermarket upper control arms (all pro) and the spherical ball joints go out every couple years and have to be replaced. Good luck!

Same issue here. Pretty sure it's not the hood latch. I can reliably trigger it by braking.

Sounds almost like a heat shield but mine are missing.

What else can cause these sounds?

I thought it was my skid or a loose heat shield at first but I have a new skid and all my heat shields are on tight. I'll check the hood latch. My UCA's are original and they're the next thing I'll be replacing, hopefully this year. I can't really hear it in the cab which is nice but it's a little embarrassing to come rolling down a road rattling like that.

Hood was quite loose. A 4" strip of thick electrical tape on the hood latch appears to have solved the issue. I'm that it was so simple.
