I'm no longer technically "DavisTN". I moved to Carbondale, CO on the western slope of the Rockies about 3 years ago. There is a special draw hunt in TN/GSMNP on the Cumberland Plateau(?), but I think they only have 500 tags/year. Elk hunting was a big part of why I moved here - along with rafting, boarding, hiking, fishing, wheeling, etc.
I found the part # - in case this helps anybody in the future, the gasket part # is 16356A - Gasket (water by-pass joint, rear). And the link to the most helpful walk-through writeup, which is for a Tundra. Still a 2UZ-FE:
