If it's still squeaking I recommend replacing the parking brake shoes & hardware. Loosening the parking brake all the way may not solve the squeak since it can be deformed or broken hardware that is causing it.
Also, if it is broken hardware - you want to take care of it ASAP since if it breaks off it can jam up your brakes/leave you sitting.

Thanks!
So turns out it might just been a little grease that is needed on the brake pads.
local mechanic used wagner semi metalic brake pads, amazon reviews mensioned it was squeaky... After taking out the pads I saw the guy did not clean anything with brake clean or grease up the pads. nor did he put an anti squeal shim.
for now I just used some autozone brake grease. I put back the tire and what do you know, one side doesn't squeak anymore! I didn't have to touch the parking brake.
Though when i put back the wheel i broke the lug nut stud =[. Was so pissed I didnt get a chance to do the other side.
I have to go back in there and fix the lug nut stud, when im back there Ill replace with OEM brake pad, high temperture brake grease, new guide pins and new rubber boots. (For piece of mind) with some goodie silicone grease for the guide pins.
The parking brake still needs adjusting because because it doesn't hold the car in neutral. So ill still keep this thread updated
life lesson here, is if you get someone else to do it demand oem and know what needs to be done and tell them the order you want it done. (clips shims grease etc) if they dont take your business else where.
there still might be an issue with the parking brake, but I'd thought I share this in case anyone else is reading.
EDIT: I bought that bottle of anti seize at auto zone, I should use that or get the cooper one for a couple of dollars more? Its a daily driver car so i dont think it will make a difference.
