The two front doors are different; both will always lock with the key fob and door button, but not always unlock. Front passenger door will unlock about 75% of the time, driver’s door about 10% with the key fob. The door button locks or unlocks them more often than the key fob, but not 100% 0f the time.
Is it safe to assume all the actuators are bad or going bad? Or is there something I can lubricate that might free them up or a try reprogramming?
The rear hatch continues to lock & unlock properly. I have changed the battery in the key fob.

When I lost a door lock actuator, it was only the one. In my case driver rear door. It would work iffy for a few months, then it just died altogether. Although it is possible for them to both go out at once, seems odd that 3-4 are acting up. I would pull the door cards off and check all the actuator cables. I'm not sure on wiring specifics for the actuator, but you could also get in there with a multimeter and see if you're getting an current, signal, something at the actuator plug. If the electo-magic is making its way to the doors and they're not unlocking, then it would be safe to assume the actuator,
I have a writeup on replacing my door lock actuator:
