Intermittent door lock/unlock issues

Door lock issues have all started in the past two months. Both rear doors will not lock or unlock with the key fob or door buttons, thinking shot door lock actuators on those. Although both stopped working at the exact same time.

The two front doors are different; both will always lock with the key fob and door button, but not always unlock. Front passenger door will unlock about 75% of the time, driver’s door about 10% with the key fob. The door button locks or unlocks them more often than the key fob, but not 100% 0f the time.

Is it safe to assume all the actuators are bad or going bad? Or is there something I can lubricate that might free them up or a try reprogramming?

The rear hatch continues to lock & unlock properly. I have changed the battery in the key fob.

When I lost a door lock actuator, it was only the one. In my case driver rear door. It would work iffy for a few months, then it just died altogether. Although it is possible for them to both go out at once, seems odd that 3-4 are acting up. I would pull the door cards off and check all the actuator cables. I'm not sure on wiring specifics for the actuator, but you could also get in there with a multimeter and see if you're getting an current, signal, something at the actuator plug. If the electo-magic is making its way to the doors and they're not unlocking, then it would be safe to assume the actuator,

I have a writeup on replacing my door lock actuator: 4th Gen Door Lock Actuator Replacement: Step by Step with Pictures. Let me know if you have any questions on the replacement

I find it odd that you are having multiple door issues at once. Electronics can have intermittent issues if the battery is starting to go bad.

Is your battery good? How old is it?

Battery is 13 months old. No other electrical issues happening.
When the drivers door does not unlock, the switch does move a little bit, just not enough to unlock.

Lightbulb

Probably the small dc motor inside each actuator assembly. A bit tedious, but if you have time and a workbench.......doable.

A few years ago, I bought 4 new motors off of eBay for 22 bucks total.

Hope this helps.
