This is supposed to be the Toyota part # for that - 5544935020
Found the information in this thread - best way to add a USB port or 12v outlet?

It says "switch housing" so I'm guessing the switch, USB ports, etc. aren't included!!

Should be in all 09 model year runners. I have a 09 SR5 and it’s exactly like the picture. You can try looking at junk yards for that piece

Whoa! Slow down there, turbo. Looks like the link is for the whole console?
Just go to your local dealer and ask for the “smokers kit”. It’s like 69 bucks, I just picked one up a few months ago.

From a curious '07 owner, what's on the dash where pre-'09s have the rear window switch?

Thanks guys! Sorry it took me a bit to answer. It looks like the link and part number did the Trick. I’m getting some info from Toyota. Though it is pricey!, I love the look, and I don’t smoke so it’s better for me lol. I’m looking to do a USB A and C COnnection for one, leave the other for any inverters I have. And will re wire the rear window button. I will probably use that space where the original window button is for something else..

I apologize for the bad picture but I had to use one on marketplace for reference as I’m out of country. The outline is there but it’s just a silver insert, for lack of a better term. My buddy has a 07 and he was in awe of how the window switch was at the bottom by the cup holders lmao

Thanks, I looked for a pic as well but couldn’t find one of sufficient resolution to see what was there. I’m surprised it’s a blank. Toyota must’ve known that 2009 was the last model year before the refresh so why would they take the trouble and expense to move it if they didn’t have something else to put there? Strange.

If I was home I’d take a better picture lol. Someone probably realized how much of more of a convenience it would be if they moved the switch to the cup holder area. Maybe they were trying to clean up the center dash area? I don’t think there’s a clear answer, however, it’s still around in the newer 5th gens so it’s not a bad move on their part

Yeah , sorry for the misinformation. I realized you were asking for something else but I couldn’t delete my post for whatever reason. BTW you don’t have to be a “smoker” to enjoy the smokers kit.
What did you end up paying for the other option?
