The flap in the glovebox can be closed forming a secret hidden compartment to the unsuspecting.

On the nav, if you press the map button as you are driving it will display the current street address number. This is very helpful when looking for house address number, especially at night.

Both of these also works on the Eclipse AVN 6600.

Cool feature: You can drive over stuff.
Very useful when one kid wants McDonald's and another wants Wendy's. You can just go over the curb and grass rather then venture back ut on the street.
Regarding the other features, I regularly have to re-engage the ignition on my wife's Odyssey because i'm used to just flicking the 4runner ignition. I also have a habit of hitting the lock button on the fob twice to cut off the lights, since I leave them on all the time.

After rolling down the back window with the fob, you can put the key in the back gate, turn to the right (or left - I can't remember now), and it locks the doors and rolls up the back window.
3rd row equipped 4Runners have reclining 2nd rows. Double-decker 4Runners do not have this feature.

The beef I have is that you can roll down the rear window with the key fob, but then you have to actually stick the key in the lock and turn and hold to the right to put it back up. Why can't it roll up if you press the button on the fob again?

This is a great thread. It's the little details that really bring out the enjoyment of any vehicle.

On the 6 Disc changer models, if you press and hold the rocker on the steering wheel to go forward or backward it will also switch between the different cd's

It's in the manual. Basically, you have to turn the key to the on position and hold the unlock/lock switch down for 5 seconds. If you want the doors to lock/unlock with shifting, you leave the tranny in park. If you want them to lock/unlock the other way, you have to shift out of park while doing this.

Depending on if you're holding the lock or unlock side of the switch, you'll enable or disable the feature for locking or unlocking respectively.
For locking there are three modes: do nothing (both options disabled), lock when shifting out of park, or speed sensitive locking (~12mph). Both shift and speed sensitive locking can be enabled at the same time as well.
For unlocking there are also three modes: do nothing, unlock when shifting into park or unlock when turning the engine off.
