Who's running the Klever R/T 35X10.50 ?

Looking to see who, if anyone here is running the Klever R/T in a 35x10.50.

Would like to see them stuffed in the wheel wells

Heres the link Automotive Tires, Passenger Car Tires, Light Truck Tires, UHP Tires | Automotive | Kenda Tires | Klever R/T
Im running the Nitto trail grappler in a 28/75-17 now just looking for a little taller not wider, as a 35x12.50 would rip my remote resi right off lol

I wonder what all if takes to run these guys... I'm sure you've still got to have a bmc but I'd imagine if you used something like an SPC upper and moved it all the way forward you might get close...

Yet again wishing I could do. My own alignments for experiment alike this lol.

I actually really like the Kenda Klever M/T 285/75r16 i have had on the last couple years.
Dont seem to hold gravel in the tread and a rubber compound that resists chunking/tearing.

I want a set of 33×10.5×17 studded for a winter set.

Probably get another set of the 285/75r16 when these wear out.

...will say that of the 5 i bought 1 was crap and never could get a good balance on it. Went to the spare.
Maybe about 20k on these and about half tread.
Really hooked up good in the show when new but became scary as they wear, on street hard pack snow was dangerous.

Can't find Kenda supplier in Canada. There were some on amazon but looks like it's been out of stock for a while.

28's to 35's is a "little taller"? lol

10.5 vs 12.5 would definitely give you better clearance to the control arm, and probably help a bit with clearance to the frame at full lock (the 2 spots that I am rubbing still running a 35x12.5 with JBA upper UCA, 3in lift, 1in body lift, aggressive BMC, aggressive fender/bumper trimming front and rear, cut and hammered pinch weld)

A lot of it will depend on the wheel offset too but I can certainly see the benefits of lateral clearance to the tire. The rest of the "fitting 35's" rule book still applies though

This is what my "clearance", or the lack there of.. looks like on a 35x12.5 and the jba uca at full lock. Similar offset and 10.5 would certainly help that our quite a bit.

I’m running the 35x12.5 with SPC’s and no rubbing. Have around 8-10k miles on them, been great through all conditions.

A friend of mine was running them on his 2nd gen Tacoma before he sold it. He loved them, and they looked and performed great. I will likely go that route my next tire.

I'm running pro comp steelies with a pretty big offset, can't remember the backspacing at the moment.

Do not get the spc arms. They're great, but alignment techs are ****ing stupid and can't ever figure out how to align them. Just go with the jba and be done with it. My 35x12.50 nitto ridge grapplers rub a little, they're 13"wide aired up and a bit more aired down. The jba arms are never going to get damaged from rubbing. You don't need a body lift but you do need to chop the body mount.

I've been eyeing the super swamper TSL SX-II 35x10 as a possible replacement when the nittos go bald.

I wonder how bad 31s are with 4.88 gears cuz I sure as hell ain't daily driving with super swampers.

You'll probably still need new fenders with any 35s

Ive got the SPC uppers, but I also have the ELKA remote resi. We did a test fit of 35x12.50 and on level ground, the tires does touch the remote resi. With the ELKAs you really cant move the remote, unless you remove it and add a longer hose.
Thats why Ive kind of been looking for a skinnier 35, Ive founf NITTO makes a 35x11.50 so thats an option lol Trail Grappler | Nitto Tire

Very curious to see where this thread goes. Love the idea of this tire size and seems like a good next tire option for me.

Unfortunately I don't have them in a 35. I have 285/70 and theyve been fantastic so far. 6 months in and very little tread wear and still just a subtle noise on road.
