Who makes a full rear plate bumper?

I know North West Trail Innovations makes a full sized rear bumper and I have spoken to Coastal Offroads and they can make their bumper full size as well.

Are there any other options out there? My rear bumper cover is all messed up after hitting a rock wall and I would really like to get a full sized unit, not ones that keep a portion of the bumper cover.

CBI makes them.

Also, Hot Metal Fabrication in Loomis, CA makes custom rear fabbed plate bumpers.

I have the HMF rear plate/tube bumper. It is stronger, lighter and snazzier than the CBI version and has an attachment for a hidden rear winch.

The one I'm liking a lot is from victory4x4. Go to the "what did you do to your 4th gen" post and look at post 34841 and 34842. @RivMan just posted a bunch of pics of his newly installed rear bumper.

Where can I find a picture of what you have on your rig?

A bit too steep in price for me. I can weld up a DIY kit myself. Its a slick unit but I dont think it is worth the $1500.

Thanks, I forgot about that company. Interesting design but I may have to pass up on them.

The angled rear portion of the bumper seems super useful.

Check the 4th gen armor sticky thread, you can find all the options there.

Depending on your budget and what swing outs, attachments, material and powder coating and etc. you want on it, your looking at est. $1500 for base to est. $2500+ with swings out.

Honestly, the coastal is probably the best option if you want to weld it yourself, just add some steel to the wings to meet the body instead of keeping the piece of bumper cover. That being said, it still comes out to about $1100 with the swingouts I believe.

Edit: just checked, with dual swingouts and the hitch it comes to $1300 before shipping. I'd rather spend the couple hundred more to just bolt it on when it comes. But I do also like welding, so I'd like that aspect of it also.

Note that the victory one is compatible with, but doesn't come with a swing out :/

God bless, the swingouts are an additional $500 a piece bare metal, $600 powdercoated. And they're bare, you still have to buy the wheel plate, Jerry can holder, ladder etc.

ive fabbed up my own hitch mounted tire carrier with a swing out, I spent around $120 in swingout hardware alone. I was quoted at $520 USD shipped for Coastal Offroad's heim joint swingout hardware alone.
