I was going to build one but decided I wanted a swing out and didn't want to spend the time to fab one. 8 weeks later still waiting, kinda wishing I had just made my own. Anyways, here is another option for you...
Curt spare tire carrier paired with a fold down trailer hitch. These can be obtained from Amazon or E Trailer for short money. Some minor mod is necessary. Be warned it will rattle a bit unless you mod id further, but so would a bike rack.
EDIT: just saw your above post using the Curt and the swing out. That slick too. Let us know what up doing.
