Suspected leaking Ac hose - part number

So being having issues with my Ac, a recharge lasts to 9 months, less if car is left parked/un used for many days at a stretch.

Seems age is catching up on the car, as evaporator has been replaced, compressor replaced as well, when me hanic stated that they are leaking but issue of needing a recharge once or 2x a year. Persists.

Now a new mechanic is saying its the low pressure hose leaking, because he saw traces of oil and dust on the hose.THE yellow highlighted hose below

Is there a part nos for this hose, and how easy would it be to be replaced.
Is this a normal failure point in 4runners?

These links should get you pointed in the right direction.

I'm not exactly sure, but I think the part number you are looking for is 8870435010 and/or 8870460370.
