Compressor quick connect - exterior

I'm looking for some ideas. I've installed an ARB air compressor into my engine bay and would like to find a spot where I could place a hose quick connector so that I don't need to pop the hood every time I want to air back up.

Has anyone here seen any setups that have an exterior mounted hose quick connect?

I had a couple external quick connects and they were a pain. Always getting corroded and not making good seals. I moved mine right inside the rear window. I roll it down quick, air up, and roll it back up. Easy and no corrosion.

Here's a link with some pictures. https://www.toyota-4runner.org/3548618-post7.html

Nice, just what I was looking for.

What kind of hose did you use in the engine bay that connects to your compressors?
I'm thinking that they need to be high temperature tolerant, not like the standard PVC or rubber air hoses.

I use rubber transmission line under the hood. I drilled out a hole in the driver wheel well and mounted a bulkhead fitting and a QD with a dust cover. Tire never gets close to it, I've been off road with it many times

I used an ARB quick disconnect system for my truck mounted through my rear bumper. Has worked really well with a coiled hose I can reach all my tires.

I've since added the ARB cap to it after taking this picture.
