Still working on mine but it's mostly done. Have some cleanup to do and then have to remove it to weld the inner seams.
Great way to learn to weld and how to shape metal. The directions that are included are only a guideline tho. Be prepared to custom fit it to your truck. I have a 1" body lift and ordered my front bumper accordingly but it ended up sitting 1/2" too tall and the top plates for the wings were hitting the lower headlight filler panels. So I had to take out 1/2" from the sides and almost 3/4" from the front plate. You also need to ensure the wings follow the body lines (this is also noted in the instructions) since they slope slightly up and the plates are all flat. Every piece, although already cut to size, will need to be massaged with a grinder (use flap discs, 80 and 120 grit) to get the proper fit. Do not be in a rush to complete this if you are doing it yourself and want it to look good. I've got 3 days of work done on it, spread over 2 weekends and I'm still not done.
I also advise against powdercoating. Use a good spray can bedliner paint. I use the Harbor Freight brand and it works great. Easy to touch up when it gets scratched. Powdercoat will look great but is NOT easy to touch up.

Fitting and building the passenger side wing. The metal 2x4 is on my floor jack and lifting the top plate of the wing into the position I wanted to get a consistent gap to the fender well.

Both wings welded in place. Still have to weld the insides of the whole bumper.
Welded the grill hoop on (it's optional, along with the headligth hoops) and then started the tedious task of grinding the welds to clean them up.
It's a ton of work, especially if you have never done any welding before. But, it's totally worth it, especially if you do all the work yourself instead of farming it out.
