Haha I actually used to work for seat covers unlimited like 5 or 6 years ago, but at their now closed down Utah location. Not a fan of the saddle blanket material, but I totally get the nostalgia of it. At the time the Scottsdale fabric was probably the best one they had in my opinion. Really durable, tons of color choices, and came backed with almost a half inch of foam.
I also installed quite a few sets of Clazzio's as we were a dealer for them locally. You don't need to take the seats out, but it would be easier for sure if you did. They also have genuine leather options for the middle insert. Probably the nicest leather/leather style seat covers you can buy. Really excellent quality. Covering makes a pretty good product as well depending on the material you get. Post pictures when you get them installed!
