front lower bushings on 5100's

so been chasing a noise over small bumps. Today I discovered by hitting the UCA it sounded loose. Bolts were tight, but when I held the lower shock it was quieter. Pryed up on the lower mount and no more noise at all. Anyone else had a problem with 5100 lower front bushings wearing out after 20-25K miles?
And what did you do about it?

Eibach pro truck with WOR springs on 1st notch in front. 5100's in rear w/ FJ OEM takeoff coils. 255/70R18 on 18" Limited wheels. 1.5" spacers on rear(one trimmed a bit to correct lean). Gibson catback, 06+Headlamps, auxito 16K bulbs in high, low, and fogs!

I had one wear out in ~15k miles. Replaced under warranty.

if I can't get it warrantied....

Anyone know of an upgraded bushing? Bilstein says they use the OEM bushing. What struts won't do this and will lift 2.5-3" Might of found an excuse to upgrade struts haha

Do you still run the front sway bar?

yes, I still run the sway bar. Links, and bushings have been replaced, has relocation bracket as well.

I ordered a set of bilstein bushing from wheeler’s off-road a month ago. Didn’t get to swap it out yet.

Lower Strut Mount Press-In Bushing for D558, Others
